Meet Sarah

I grew up moving. Thirteen schools across several countries, never quite certain what came next, but somehow always finding my footing.

That pattern has followed me through life. I moved to Dubai just before turning 40, without a job, without a plan, with little more than a feeling that Australia had run its course. I sold everything, packed up, and went. It turned out to be one of the best decisions I ever made.

Now I help other people navigate their version of that moment. The one where something that used to fit no longer does, where the next chapter is not yet clear, and where the question underneath everything else is: who am I now, and what do I actually want?

I am a certified Life Transition and Retirement Coach with more than 30 years of global career experience across banking, fashion, events, and digital advertising. I am also an author, and I am currently doing exactly what I coach others through, building something new alongside an existing career, holding two identities at once.

I believe that the most powerful changes often start with a quiet question: What do I really want next?

If you’re ready to explore that question, I’d love to help.

Why I Coach

I believe that every transition, whether welcomed or unexpected, is an invitation to grow.

Over the years, I’ve navigated many transitions of my own: changing countries, shifting careers, starting again in unfamiliar places, and most recently stepping into coaching and writing.

I know what it’s like to feel ungrounded, and how empowering it can be to find your way through with clarity and courage.

That’s why I coach.

Coaching offers something rare in everyday life—a space to pause, reflect, and ask the deeper questions. Not the ones about what’s next on your to-do list, but the ones about who you’re becoming and what you truly want next.

My approach is rooted in the belief that:

  • You already have the answers—sometimes you just need space to uncover them.

  • Clarity doesn’t come from overthinking; it comes from aligned action.

  • Life feels better when you stop living by default and start living by design.

If you’re in a season of change—whether it’s retirement, reinvention, or rediscovery—I’m here to walk alongside you. Together, we’ll turn uncertainty into possibility.

Writing with Purpose

Just as coaching creates space for reflection and growth, writing has become another way I explore and support life’s transitions with honesty, curiosity, and care.

For me, writing is both a personal practice and a way of reaching others who may be asking the same questions I’ve asked myself over the years: What comes next? What really matters now? And how do I move forward with intention even when things feel uncertain?

My books are grounded in the same beliefs that shape my coaching: that we all have the capacity to grow, that clarity comes with time and gentle structure, and that change when approached with care can be a powerful catalyst for meaning, joy, and renewal.

I write for people navigating the threshold moments of life. Some of my books speak directly to those planning for retirement, seeking a new sense of purpose, or rebuilding their lives after a major shift. Others are written for children and families, offering stories that spark imagination, invite curiosity, and encourage kindness.

Each book, in its own way, is an invitation: to pause, to reflect, and to consider what’s possible when we slow down and listen to ourselves.
