Meet Sarah

I help people navigate life’s transitions—especially the ones that feel big, messy, or uncertain. As a certified Life and Retirement Coach, I guide individuals through meaningful shifts in identity, purpose, and lifestyle so they can move forward with clarity, courage, and confidence.

I’ve spent more than 30 years building a global career across banking, fashion, events, and digital advertising—working with brilliant people, leading high-performing teams, and juggling deadlines across continents. But the most fulfilling work I’ve ever done is helping people rediscover what really matters to them—and how they want to live next.

That’s what led me to coaching. It’s also what inspires my writing. I’ve authored several books and workbooks that support personal growth and retirement planning, and I create practical tools for people who want more from their next chapter.

My coaching approach blends structure and empathy with just enough humor to keep things real. Whether you’re planning for retirement, reevaluating your purpose, or simply feeling stuck, I offer space to reflect and tools to take action.

I also write for children—because big feelings and brave choices start young. My children’s books reflect the same themes I explore with adults: resilience, curiosity, and the power of believing in yourself.

Born in Gibraltar, I’ve lived and worked in the UK, Australia, Japan, and the Middle East. I value connection, simplicity, and joy—and I believe that the most powerful changes often start with a quiet question: What do I really want next?

If you’re ready to explore that question, I’d love to help.

Why I Coach

I believe that every transition, whether welcomed or unexpected, is an invitation to grow.

Over the years, I’ve navigated many transitions of my own: changing countries, shifting careers, starting again in unfamiliar places, and most recently stepping into coaching and writing.

I know what it’s like to feel ungrounded, and how empowering it can be to find your way through with clarity and courage.

That’s why I coach.

Coaching offers something rare in everyday life—a space to pause, reflect, and ask the deeper questions. Not the ones about what’s next on your to-do list, but the ones about who you’re becoming and what you truly want next.

My approach is rooted in the belief that:

  • You already have the answers—sometimes you just need space to uncover them.

  • Clarity doesn’t come from overthinking; it comes from aligned action.

  • Life feels better when you stop living by default and start living by design.

If you’re in a season of change—whether it’s retirement, reinvention, or rediscovery—I’m here to walk alongside you. Together, we’ll turn uncertainty into possibility.

A Little Inspiration for the Journey

Sometimes, all it takes is a moment—a quote, a view, a feeling—to shift your perspective and remind you what’s possible. These words are here to inspire reflection, spark curiosity, and gently encourage you as you navigate whatever chapter comes next.

Writing with Purpose

Just as coaching creates space for reflection and growth, writing has become another way I explore and support life’s transitions—with honesty, curiosity, and care.

For me, writing is both a personal practice and a way of reaching others who may be asking the same questions I’ve asked myself over the years: What comes next? What really matters now? And how do I move forward with intention—even when things feel uncertain?

My books are grounded in the same beliefs that shape my coaching: that we all have the capacity to grow, that clarity comes with time and gentle structure, and that change—when approached with care—can be a powerful catalyst for meaning, joy, and renewal.

I write for people navigating the threshold moments of life. Some of my books speak directly to those planning for retirement, seeking a new sense of purpose, or rebuilding their lives after a major shift. Others are written for children and families, offering stories that spark imagination, invite curiosity, and encourage kindness.

Each book, in its own way, is an invitation: to pause, to reflect, and to consider what’s possible when we slow down and listen to ourselves.

What Readers Are Saying

There’s nothing more meaningful than hearing how a book resonated or how a coaching conversation helped spark clarity or change.
